ORDER

  • You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Please note that adding items to your shopping bag, does not mean the items are reserved for you - you will have to check out properly to make sure you purchase the product.
  • Once you have checked out, you may not add more items to your shopping bag. We cannot modify/add products for you; you will have to make a new order again if you do not want to pay double shipping fees.
  • Reservations for any of our products are not permitted.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

Selected items from our new collection can be bought in advance - pay now and we'll ship them to you as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also email you to let you know when your order is on its way. Please be aware that because of the "pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there might be a delay on the actual delivery date as the stated estimated delivery dates are only approximate and may vary.

ORDER PROCESSING GUIDELINES

  • All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 4pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
  • Most items ordered are processed within the same day.
  • We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday, but we ship from Monday to Saturday.
  • It takes 3-4 working days to process your order before we send it to shipping company.
  • We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.
  • If you confirm on (starting from 00.01 am), your order will be processed on Monday of the next week. Note that our order process contains of checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.
  • We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order ID, unfortunately, no combined-orders possible for shipment.
  • We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder's name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if product is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.

DELIVERY

  • For domestic deliveries, we use JET Shipping Company for shipping to all cities in Indonesia.
  • For international deliveries, we use UPS Express for all overseas shipping.
  • If you place your order by 4pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods within the next 2-3 working days (UK/Europe) and 5-7 working days (International). Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and on Friday before 4pm will be delivered from the following Monday.

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you;
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from SAPTODJOJOKARTIKO you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
  • SAPTODJOJOKARTOKO is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after the shipping company has delivered the packages to the designated address.
  • Customers are responsible if they can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
  • If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.
  • If there are any shipping errors coming from SAPTODJOJOKARTIKO, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
  • We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders received with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender.
  • You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost.
  • Please note that items bought at our webstore cannot be refunded or exchanged in our offline store.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
  • You can change the size of a purchased style within the first hour. Once the order status shows SHIPPED, you will need to contact our customer services.

  • In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending when returning your order.
  • SAPTODJOJOKARTIKO are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at info@saptodjojokartiko.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will attempt to repair or obtain a replacement, but we are unable to refund.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

PRICING POLICY

  • Prices shown on our webstore are in both Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) and United States Dollar (USD). Prices may change without any notifications.
  • For customers purchasing from other countries, we suggest to pay in US$ via PayPal if possible. We have our own currencies for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange. Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping company. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

  • Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) with minimum IDR 200,000 purchase in IDR and Paypal in US$.
  • Payment should be made strictly in 24 hours (1 days) after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.
  • If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.
  • Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order.
  • You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card.
